When will my envelope arrive?

Editions mail on the 1st of each month. Join by the 20th to receive the next one; join after the 20th and your subscription begins with the following edition. The First Secret is mailed within seven business days of joining. Delivery time depends on the mail carrier.

Do I need to start with Edition No. 001?

No. Every edition is its own experience, and each one includes enough of the story so far to step in wherever you begin. Past editions can be purchased if you'd like the whole story.

Can I listen to the stories?

Yes. Active members receive Jacqueline's narrated LISTEN Edition of each monthly story, along with Secret Signals.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Email info@jacquelinenichols.com at least ten days before your next payment or renewal. Processed payments are non-refundable; if a payment has already gone through, you still receive the edition for that paid period, and future renewals are cancelled.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. The international membership is $22 a month with the extra postage included. Delivery time varies by destination.

Can I give it as a gift?

Yes, for 3, 6 or 12 months. Gifts end after the term you choose and never renew.

Is The First Secret sold separately?

No. It is a private prelude for subscribers only, mailed before your first monthly edition arrives.

Is this for men and women?
